Executed in 1983 and reproduced in conjunction with the artist's estate in 2001, Head, Per Capita, Ernok, and Rinso are striking examples of Jean-Michel Basquiat's characteristic scrawl in text and image. This complete set of four instantly recognizable prints was created after four paintings that were executed during a defining period of the artist's career.

Basquiat gained notoriety as a subversive graffiti artist and street poet in the late 1970s, and the present works incorporate some of his most pervasive tropes, such as the crown, skull and cryptic fragments of text. This collection of estate prints includes some of the artist's most highly desirable and collectible artworks. The prints are contained in their original cardboard portfolio box from the publisher and includes the title page.
